Stage 2 - Training: Preparing everyone involved in the meeting is key to a smooth production. Depending on the scale of your event I have an excellent team I can draw upon for additional support. I will meet with you prior to the event to understand your needs, field questions and offer suggestions to make the most of the tools we have available. Stage 1 - Planning: Successful Zoom conferences are achieved through meticulous planning. I employ a three-stage process to organize effective conferences: I provide support before and during your event and can introduce you to functions that will help you make the most of this tool. ZOOM HOSTING: I will help you plan, produce, and execute your Zoom meeting or webinar. I also provide Spanish - English language services such as translation, subtitling and consecutive interpreting.
